Keeping things clean
Although the official guidelines have changed, the safety of our team and guests at Bounce is paramount to us.
Here are the measures we have kept in place to keep you and our team as safe as possible.
Covid Safety
- Guest sanitiser stations throughout the venue and at games tables
- Bats and balls sanitised between each booking
- Contactless table service and digital menus with online ordering
- Gloves available at reception on request
- Cashless venues
- Venue professional/chemically deep cleaned
- Increased venue cleaning procedures and frequency
- Covid safe risk assessments completed and controls in place
- Health screening for all team prior to start of each shift
- All team fully trained on covid procedures
- If you would like to scan the NHS track and trace app then our reception team can share the QR code with you
